Pooja Hegde made her acting debut in 'Mugamoodi' directed by Myskkin and starring Jiiva as a superhero and Naren as his nemesis. She later moved on to Kannada, Telugu and Hindi cinema where she is reigning as one of the top heroines.

Pooja has posted a cute video of herself trying to feed a squirrel in an undisclosed location. She has written about her experience "After 4 failed attempts of me getting scared of the squirrel...here’s a video of my brave 5th attempt of feeding him some nuts.. P.S- I had to mute the video because the squeal I gave after that was crayyy"

Pooja is currently shooting for the multilingual magnum opus 'Radhe Shyam' starring Prabhas in the lead supported by Bhagyashree and Sathyan Sivakumar. The film is directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and produced by UV Creations.
