Dhanush to romance ‘Beast’ actress Pooja Hegde?

Actress Pooja Hegde is ruling the roost in Tollywood currently starring opposite Prabhas in ‘Radhe Shyam’ and with Megastar Chiranjeevi in ‘Acharya’.  Her acting debut however was in Tamil in ‘Mugamoodi’ directed by Mysskin and starring Jiiva in the lead role.

Pooja is returning to Tamil cinema after a decade as Thalapathy Vijay’s pair in ‘Beast’ directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures.  She is said to have been paid a very huge sum as remuneration for the project and her stock has risen much higher after that.

Now the buzz in Tollywood is that Pooja has been approached to star in Dhanush’s Telugu debut movie to be directed by Sekhar Kammula.  It was already reported that Sai Pallavi is also in talks and it is not clear whether it is a two heroine subject or both are in consideration for the same role.  The official word is awaited.
