Pooja Hegde who made her acting debut in Tamil in the 2012 film 'Mugamoodi' directed by Mysskin is now a leading actress in the South Indian film industry. After a decade she returned to Tamil cinema playing Thalapathy Vijay's pair' 'Beast' released in 2022.

Meanwhile Pooja's elder brother Rishabh Hegde got married to Shivani this weekend. The stunning actress took to Instagram to share photos of the event and wrote "My brother got married to the love of his life! What a rollercoaster of a week it was! I have cried happy tears and laughed like a child. Anna, as you step into the next phase in your life, i hope you LOVE uncontrollably, GIVE with all your heart and find PEACE and understanding in each others presence. @shivanis09, you beautiful stunning bride, welcome to the family".

Pooja is currently acting in 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' costarring Salmaan Khan, Venkatesh and Jagapathy Babu and 'SSMB28' directed by Trivikram Srinivas and starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role.
