Shocking! Young TV actress Pallavi who lived with boyfriend found dead

The television industry has been in depression due to the deaths of actress Sahana on Thursday who was found hanging and her husband Sajjad taken into custody.  Now comes another shock as young actress Pallavi Dey was also found hanging from her bedroom ceiling fan at her flat in Garfa, Kolkata on Sunday.

Pallavi Dey became a household name after starring in the Bengali serials ‘Resham Jhanpi’, ‘Ami Sirajer Begum’ and ‘Mon Mane Na’.  Her costar Anamitra Batabyal  in the last mentioned show stated “I’m in utter shock. We shot for the television show on May 12 and later had a chat with her. I still can’t believe the news,” 

Pallavi Dey was dating Sagnik Chakraborty with whom she had a live in relationship.  While police have pulled him in for questioning the actress’s parents gave a clean chit to him.  They stated that the couple lived quite happily and though as parents wanted them to get married.  Police are investigating the reason why the young Pallavi took the extreme decision or whether there is any foul play involved.
