In a shocking incident, in a busy area a popular actress was attacked by masked men who then held her hostage at gunpoint and robbed her. A police complaint was lodged and investigations have begun.

Actress Nikita Rawal has stated in the media that she was returning to her home from a walk in the Shashtri Nagar area in New Delhi when masked men jumped out of an Innova car and surrounded her. They then brandished a gun at her and forcefully took rupees seven lakhs cash that she had in her possession and also jewels and watch.

Nikita had then somehow fought them and had entered her house to find her aunt had gone out and she then locked herself in the wardrobe out of fear for her life. The actress after lodging police complaint has stated that this was her most traumatic experience ever in life.

Nikita Rawal's upcoming film is 'Roti Kapda Aur Romance' in which veteran actors Arshad Varshi and Chunkey Pandey are playing the lead roles.
