South India's highest paid actress Nayanthara is in a romantic relationship with director Vignesh Shivan for the past six years. The couple got secretly engaged a few years back and their close bonding never fails to give couple goals to fans be it their foreign tours or spending quality time with their respective families.

News about the wedding of Nayan and Vicki surfaces almost on a monthly basis and recently the filmmaker quipped that he will get married to his lady love when they are bored with their love life.

The latest buzz is that Nayan and Vicki along with their family memebers have decided to finally tie the knot in June this year. The sources say that the wedding will happen either in Kerala or abroad and will be a very private affair with only close family present. Later a grand reception will be held where the who is who of the film industry and politics will be invited according to the report.

'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal' directed by Vignesh Shivan and starring Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Samantha is releasing on April 28th. It is said that one week after that the preparations for the wedding will start.

The same sources say that Vignesh Shivan is keen to get married before directing Ajith Kumar in 'AK 62' that goes on floors in the last quarter of 2022. A word of caution ofcourse is none of this has been authenticated by either Nayanthara or Vicky but the sources swear that their big day is drawing near.
