Nayanthara has attained her Lady Superstar tag after a lot of struggles in her career and is now one of the few female stars who can pull the crowd to the theaters on her strength alone.  The evergreen beauty has also seen several ups and downs in her private life and in her latest interview to TOI has opened up about her past.

According to the report Nayan has stated that she walked out of her past relationships because “Love doesn’t exist where there is no trust. I ended my past relationships when I realized that it was better to live alone than with someone who could not be trusted.”.

Nayan was reportedly in a relationship with Simbu after the two met during the making of his 'Vallavan' but later split.  Then she was allegedly on a four year relationship with Prabhu Deva which also ended.

However Nayanthara met the love of her life Vignesh Shivan during the making of 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' and the couple are now the power couple of Kollywood who bond so well together and share their happiness with fans regularly on social media.

Nayanthara's upcoming projects are 'Mookuthi Amman' directed by R.J. Balaji, 'Annathae' with Superstar Rajinikanth and 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal' directed by Vignesh Shivan and costarring Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha.
