Actress Navya Nair turned emotional as she was addressing the crowd at at a program organized at the Gandhi Bhavan in Pathanapuram. The actress' voice got choked and turned emotional seeing actor T P Madhavan at the Gandhi Bhavan, a charitable trust for the homeless. She said that she was unaware of the veteran actor living there.
Navya said, "As soon as she came here, saw T P Madhavan Chettan. We had worked together in Kalyanaraman and Chathikatha Chanthu. I didn’t know that he was here. It was a big shock seeing him here. I have not considered anyone above my parents. My eyes teared up when I saw him". She further added, “‘Mata Pita Guru Daivam’ - is what we have been taught from a young age. There are many parents here who are living a life contrary to that. I don’t know what can be done for them on my part. But I wish to present a dance performance for them giving all that I have got. Feel free to call me for any dance performances that you may need for any of your programmes." The actress arrived at Gandhi Bhavan Rural Film Institute to receive the Garfi Film Award.
On the work front, Navyar Nair recently made her comeback in Malayalam cinema with the VK Prakash directorial 'Oruthee', that won acclaims from all corners for the actress' fabulous performance.
