Small-time actress Meera Mithun a self-proclaimed supermodel received the limelight after participating in 'Bigg Boss 3' hosted by Kamal Haasan. Known for controversies she promptly delivered one by accusing senior director Cheran of mishandling her during a task on the show which backfired for her.
After 'Bigg Boss 3' Meera desperate for publicity tried every trick in the book including posting intimate bedroom scenes with her boyfriend on social media and accusing top actresses of copying her style. The funniest was when she claimed that Kamal Haasan, Vijay and Suriya who are the most respected actors in India of trying to disrupt her career.
Meera's ramblings on Twitter and other platforms reached a high shrill pitch day by day and her most vicious hate speech even by her standards was what got her into deep trouble. The wannabe star accused the scheduled caste people of indulging in illegal activities and she called for throwing out filmmakers and actors from the communities to be thrown out of the film industries.
Following the complaint by VCK leaders, the police filed an FIR against Meera Mithun under seven sections. The actress reacted by challenging the cops that they cant touch her. On Saturday the cyber crime police nabbed Meera at a hotel room in Kerala and true to her reputation she posted yet another video screaming for help to the chief minister of Tamil Nadu regarding the treatment that is meted out to her.
Actress Sanam Shetty of 'Bigg Boss 4' has reacted calmly to the noisy arrest of Meera Mitun that reflects the feelings of a majority of social media users "Proud of
@tnpoliceoffl and Cyber Crime Branch for taking timely action today. It's high time that all hateful speeches that we tolerated for past few years ended."
It is worth mentioning that there is bad blood between Sanam and Meera as both participated in beauty pageants and the latter claimed that the former dethroned her by using her clout during the Miss South India 2016.
