Actress Meena who made her acting debut as a child in Sivaji Ganesan's 1982 film 'Nenjangal' ruled the roost as the number one heroine in the nineties. She starred opposite all the top heroes of the time in South Indian film industries including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Mammootty, Mohan Lal, Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Vishnuvardhan and Ramesh Aravind.

However Meena's first film as a heroine was in Telugu titled 'Navayugam' that had Rajendra Prasad as the hero. The film was released in 1990 after which she starred in the Tamil film 'Oru Puthiya Kathai' opposite a newcomer Prabhuraj.

Meena took to Instagram to share that she has reunited for a new movie with her first hero Rajendra Prasad. In the pic she posted the duo portray an elderly couple and more details on the film is awaited. Meena's next Tamil film is 'Rowdy Baby' that has Sonia Agarwal, Hansika Motwani and Raai Lakshmi in the lead.
