Popular Tamil actress reveals suffering from serious disease again

A few months back leading South Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu revealed that she is suffering from myositis a rare autoimmune disease. She is currently recovering from it and is slowly getting back into work mode again. Now another popular South actress Mamta Mohandas has revealed that she is now sufferring from Vitiligo a disorder that causes patches on skin in all parts of the body that grows big with time.
Mamta Mohandas is a cancer survivor who was afflicted by Hodgkin lymphoma in 2010 for which she underwent treatment. She again had a relapse in 2013 and survived that too and is currently based in Los Angelels.
Mamta wrote on Instagram "Dear Sun , I embrace you now like I have never before.
So Spotted, I’m losing color…I rise even before you every morning, to see you glimmer your first ray through the haze. Give me all you’ve got.. for I will be indebted, here on out and forever by your grace." Her post has shocked her fans who are giving her hope in the comments section reminding her how she fought and won twice before.
Mamta Mohandas debuted in Tamil as the heroine in Vishal's movie 'Sivapathikaram' directed by Karupazhaniappan. She later in films such as 'Kuselan', 'Guru En Aalu', 'Thadiyara Thakka' apart from several in Malayalam and Telugu. She was most recently seen in the Vishal-Arya starrer 'Enemy' in which she played a powerful role. Her next is 'Karumegangal Kalaigindrana' directed by Thangar Bachan in which Yogi Babu, Bharathiraja and Gautham Vasudev Menon play the lead roles.
