Malavika Mohanan ever since her debut opposite Dulquer Salmaan in 'Pattam Pole' in 2013 has had a steady rise in her career. She played a key role in her Tamil debut 'Petta' starring Rajinikanth and Vijay Sethupathi in 2019 and then bagged the much coveted role of Thalapathy Vijay's pair in this years mega hit 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Malavika has now moved to Bollywood where she is doing her second Hindi film titled 'Yudhra' that has herself and Siddhanth Chaturvedi as the lead pair. The pretty actress while shooting for an action sequence was apparently hurt a wee bit.

She has shared pics proudly of the marks that she she received on her skin due to the stunts and wrote “When you are shooting for an action film and bruises start feeling like little scratches after a point”.

Meanwhile Malavika's next Tamil movie 'Maaran' directed by Karthik Naren and starring Dhanush is getting ready for release in early 2022. It is said that producers Sathya Jyothi Films is mulling the direct to OTT route according to sources.
