Actress Malavika Mohanan, who made her debut in Tamil in a key role in Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Petta', has since acted in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and Dhanush's 'Maaran'. Currently, she is playing the lead role in the much expected period film 'Thangalaan' directed by Pa Ranjith and starring Chiyaaan Vikram.
It has already been established that Malavika learned martial arts of the eighteenth century to nail her role in 'Thangaalan'. She has now posted a video on her Instagram page where she is wearing a glamorous outfit and intensely practicing the silambattam on a building terrace.
Malavika gave a valuable advice along with the video "My today’s triceps workout entailed some basic ‘silambam’ warmup moves When strength training(or any one particular form of training) starts feeling too repetitive or boring, mix it up with other forms to keep it interesting and fun and more importantly so you don’t end up skipping your routine".
