Actress Malavika Mohanan who won hearts with her earnest performance in Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Petta' landed the much coveted heroine's role in the blockbuster hit 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Malavika Mohanan's next Tamil movie is going to be 'Maaran' direced by Karthik Naren in which she is paired opposite Dhanush. The film is expected to release sometime in early 2022.
