Young actress Malavika Mohanan, who made her Kollywood debut in Superstar Rajnikanth's 'Petta' was next seen in the mega-blockbuster hit 'Master' playing Thalaptahy Vijay's pair. Her next is as the leading lady of Dhanush in 'D43' directed by Karthik Naren which is under production.

Malavika who is very active on social media usually posts her hot pics and videos that go viral on the internet garnering likes in lakhs. Her latest video is a need of the hour one in which she has interviewed a medical expert from Chennai on how to combat the second wave of COVID 19 that is spreading like wildfire.

Malavika has captioned the video "To all my Chennai people, I have been seeing so many questions, doubts and misinformation about COVID-19, so @chennaicorp and I decided to associate and seek answers from a medical professional, as awareness is extremely crucial at the moment given the situation."
