Currently, she is acting with Chiyaan Vikram in the much anticipated period film ‘Thangalan’ directed by Pa. Ranjith.

Malavika, who is one of the most active celebs on Instagram, has  a ton of followers and has been posting her ultra glam photos and videos at regular intervals.  In her latest post she has shared several pics with a man in a bathtub and their close bonding has raised speculations of romance.

However Malavika in her long note has made it clear that the person Abhinav aka Item Bomb is a writer and director of films such as ‘Antarvasna’, ‘Sita’ & ‘Yatri Kripya Dhyan De’.  The duo go back a long way since both hail from Mumbai and here is the pretty actress’s friendship note

“What @theitembomb looks like on the outside VS what he’s actually like on the inside The kind of friend that friendship dreams are made of. Someone whose always got your back, is sitting right by you through your worst days, who can read your mind just by a minute expression change, who will travel halfway across the world in a heartbeat if he knows you’re in trouble, but will also be the most irritating & annoying human you know on certain(most) days wrote Malavika.

The 29 year old added “Here’s to the best, the worst & the annoying.Happy Birthday @theitembomb ! I wish you nothing but happiness & love. Lots & lots of love.”  Apart from ‘Thangalaan’ Malavika is also acting in the Hindi film ‘Yudhra’.
