Losliya, a former Sri Lankan newsreader, rose to fame by participating in Bigg Boss Season 3′ hosted by Kamal Haasan. The highlight of the show was the onscreen love affair between her and popular hero Kavin. However the duo have completely severed ties with each other post the show.
Losliya made her acting debut in ‘Friendship’ directed by John Paul Raj which also marked the debut of Harbhajan Singh as a hero in Tamil cinema. She also starred alongside K.S. Ravikumar and fellow ‘Bigg Boss’ contestant Tharshan in ‘Koogle Kuttappan’.
Losliya who built the image of the girl next door on ‘Bigg Boss’ has been posting glamorous photos of herself on her Instagram pages. It is said that she is trying to let filmmakers know that she is ready for all kinds of roles in the hope of getting new film opportunities.
In her most recent photoshoot Losliya has dressed up in a miniskirt with a schoolgirl like charm. She has captioned it “Savage”. Fans are divided in their comments with her hardcore fans giving the thumbs up and others not so kind.
