Keerthy Suresh is one of the few among the young generation of actresses who has featured in the most number of super hit films with top heroes including Thalapathy Vijay, Suriya and Sivakarthikeyan. Her next is with none other than Superstar Rajinikanth in 'Annaathe' produced by Sun Pictures and directed by Siruthai Siva. Even though Khusbhu, Meena and Nayanthara are also in the cast it is said that the story revolved around Rajini and Keerthy.

Keerthy Suresh in an interview had stated that on one instance she inaugurated a business establishment and noticed a young man gazing at her for a long time that slightly disturbed her. At an unexpected moment the man suddenly made his way towards Keerthy and gave her a package and disappeared.

Keerthy who was apparently taken aback did not want ot call attention to this as did not want the event to be affected but could not concentrate on it as well. Later when the young pretty young actress went home she saw that the young man who was an ardent fan of hers had made a cute album with her photos and also wrote a love letter asking her marry him.

Keerty has stated that she has kept the love letter with her as this was her first one and she had never received on even in her school or college days.
