Check actress Kasthuri’s frank opinion on K.L. Rahul’s underwear pics

Actress Kasthuri who was one of the leading actresses during the late eighties and nineties has acted with several top stars of the time such as Kamal Haasan, Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj, Prabhu and Karthik.  For the younger generation she is known for her appearances in ‘Thamizh Padam’, ‘AAA’ and ‘Thamizh Padam 2’.

Kasthuri is also a social activist and never shies away from passing comments on political events and even trolls her industry colleagues such as Kamal and the ruling parties.

Kasthuri’s latest comment is on top Indian cricketer and Lucknow Super Giants captain K.L. Rahul’s latest ad campaign for a leading underwear brand.  She wrote on Twitter sharing photos of the dashing cricketer “We see cricketers plug colas ,chips & online games. Many Indian sportsmen have endorsed clothing brands, but have shied away from undergarment labels. So it’s nice to see @klrahul  looking buff in boxers. Hope this brings menswear out of the closet. Pun intended :))”.

Kasthuri is currently starring in Vijay Antony’s ‘Thamilarasan’, ‘Un Kadhal Irundhal’, 
‘Simba’, ‘Mr Pregnant’ and ‘Garuda Sutru’.
