In 1991 Radha got married to Mumbai based businessman Rajasekaran Nair and settled there. The couple have two daughters Karthika and Thulasi both of whom have also acted in films. Karthika made her acting debut in 'Ko' opposite Jiiva and she also played the heroine opposite Arya in 'Purmbokku Engira Podhuvudamai'.

A few weeks back it was announced that Radha's eldest daughter Karthika is getting married. The veteran actress shared photographs of the engagement ceremony and penned an emotional note. Radha wrote ""I couldn’t be more proud of the young woman we giving to a new family soon. May God richly bless you with a happy and successful married life. Can’t call myself lucky for being able to choose this beautiful family for you. As I believe the marriage is about two families coming together. My heart is right now running with lots of mixed emotions. But the greater vibration is just your love and happiness. "

The proud mother added 'Karthu you are the best daughter any mother can wish for. You have been the best gift for our families. Thank you Love for this wonderful experience you have given me."
