The COVID 19 is wreaking havoc around the globe after originating in the Wuhan province of China and the Indian government has announced a complete lockdown for 21 days from March 24th to combat the deadly disease. Rumors started spreading that popular Bollywood actress Kajol and her daughter Nysa tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

Ajay Devgan has taken to Twitter to clarify "Thank you for asking. Kajol & Nysa are absolutely fine. The rumour around their health is unfounded, untrue & baseless". Nysa recently returned from Singapore where she is studying in school and the entire Devgan family is staying at home and practicing social distancing as responsible citizens.

While Kajol was seen recently in the Dhanush - Amala Paul starrer 'VIP 2' in the South, Ajay Devgan for the first time in his career is acting in the Telugu-Hindi-Tamil multilingual film 'RRR' directed by S.S. Rajamouli and costarring Jr. NTR, Ram Charan Teja and Alia Bhatt.
