Kajal Aggarwal the much-adored leading lady of Telugu and Tamil cinema tied the knot with her lover Gautham Kitchlu on October 30th at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai. The couple moved into a brand new home and after spending a week there left for the Maldives for their honeymoon and shared their memorable moments on social media.

Kajal and Gautham stayed at The Muraka the world's first underwater hotel that is 16 feet below the sea level in the Indian Ocean. Kajal shared photos of her exotic room underwater covered by glass with thousands of beautiful fish swarming around lending a surreal feel.

The tariff per night at The Muraka is fifty thousand dollars which is approximately thirty-eight lakhs in Indian rupees. Now latest reports are contradicting the earlier estimate and now it is said that Kajal may not have spent even a rupee for her honeymoon. It is said that the government of Maldives is keen to promote the country as a tourist destination for other countries and especially in India

Accordingly, the offer for celebrities is that whoever has Instagram followers of 2 million get five star meals free in the hotel they are staying and if there are 5 million and above followers they get the room stay, food and return tickets for two free.

Since Kajal Aggarwal has a staggering 16 million followers on Insta the Muraka hotel offered her free room, food and her travel expenses for her honeymoon and asked her to only bring clothes of her preference there. They requested that she post photos of all the exotic sites in the property as well as the surroundings which she did. However, these are reports from the Mumbai media and has not been confirmed by the actress herself.

Kajal currently is back home after her honeymoon and is expected to resume shooting for her films that include 'Acharya' starring Chiranjeevi, and 'Indian 2' starring Kamal Haasan. She has also signed films with Dulqueer Salmaan, director Deekay and director Kalyan.
