Juhi Chawla fined 20 lakhs rupees for filing case against 5G network in India

The Delhi High Court today dismissed the suit filed by famous Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla against the implementation of 5G cellular networks in India. The court held an online hearing on Wednesday and has passed the order today.
The judge has stated in the order that Juhi Chawla and two others Veeresh Malik and Teena Vachani. had no technical knowledge about the issue after they claimed that if the 5G Network is allowed to operate all the citizens of India and animal and plant life will be subject to 24/7 radiation which will be ten times more than what is prevailing with the 4G Networks.
The judge observed “The plaintiffs have abused and misused the process of law which has resulted in waste of judicial time. The cost of Rs 20 lakh is imposed on the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs are directed to deposit the cost of Rs 20 lakh with Delhi State Legal Services Authority within one week,” It was summarized that the petition was defective and that it was filed with the intention of garnering media publicity.
On Wednesday when the online hearing was held Juhi Chawla had shared the link on her social media and several persons were invited. One man sang songs from Juhi's films nonstop which caused court disruption thrice. Action on the unknown person has also been ordered.
Juhi Chawla one of the busiest heroines in the nineties has also acted in the Tamil movie 'Naatuku Oru Nallavan' directed by Ravichandran in which she was paired opposite Superstar Rajinikanth.
