A group of lawyers felt that she should be prosecuted for the "public obscenity". From January 12, the poor Rania will face a trial in a court.

As per the law of the land, the actress could be imprisoned for a term of five years if she is convicted! "Rania faces possible charges of committing a public scandalous act and inciting to immorality, the tempting of minors and the spreading of vice in violations of the customs, traditions and laws that prevail in Egyptian society," writes Mai El-Sadany, a human rights lawyer.
