A popular actress who also participated in 'Bigg Boss' reality show has been arrested by police who raided a bungalow where a rave drug party was allegedly in progress. Out of the 12 women arrested six were actresses who appeared in South Indian films according to reports. Dance choreographers and reality show contestants were also said to have been present.

Actress Heena Panchal who has acted in the Tamil movie 'Yagavarayunum Nagakka' and also done item numbers in Hindi and Telugu films participated in the BIgg Boss Marathi version and also was a contestant in Paras Chhabra-Shehnaaz Gill's 'Mujhse Shaadi Karoge. On Sunday, June 27th she was taken into custody for the drug violation and was produced in court today.

Sachin Patil the superintendent of Police in the Nashik area told ANI "22 persons including 12 women were arrested and several types of drugs were seized from their possession after the police busted an alleged rave party at a private bungalow in Igatpuri hill station of Nashik District of Maharashtra. All have been taken into custody and further investigation is on, during the initial investigation, it has been found that out of 12 women, 5-6 women were actresses working in Bollywood and South Indian films."

The owner of the bungalow has also been arrested. Meanwhile, Heena's sister and mother have both spoken to the media, emphasizing that Heena would never do something like this. They also stated that they do not believe the reports or the cops.
