Genelia known for playing bubbly innocent characters in most of her Tamil films is one of the actresses who enjoys a huge fan following down south even though its been a while since she has acted in regional films. The pretty heroine married her actor husband Reitesh Deshmukh in 2012 and has two children.

Reitesh Deshmukh posted on Twitter a photo of his wife's wardrobe and wrote "So many clothes but they always feel that they have nothing to wear. How many women feel that they don't have enough clothes to wear?" Some users were under the impression that he was referring to his wife Genelia.
