A young actress had lodged a shocking complaint against an actor for beating her up and also forcing her to act with him. The complaint petition was filed at the Satellite police station in Mumbai by 25-year-old Doli Modi who is said to be an actress working in Bollywood.

According to a TOI report, Doli said that she had met accused Bhaumik Patel, four months back and ever since that he has been forcing her to work with him in his films. But she had apparently refused his offers but he refused to take no for an answer and continued to pressurize her.

On March 10th around 9.50 pm Patel had called Doli on her phone and informed her that he is coming to her house and in spite of requesting him not to he had made his way in. At her house the actress and her brother tried to reason to him but the angry actor accused that she had to pay him 1.5 lakhs rupees claiming she took it from him.

When Doli Modi had made it clear she took no money and is not interested in acting in his movies he started beating her up and also thrashed her brother who tried to come to her rescue.

Bhaumik Patel has been charged for causing hurt, uttering abusive words and criminal intimidation. The complaint also states that the actress met the actor at the Vijaynagar Crossroads.
