Actress Disha Choudhary who has been absconding for two years was arrested by the CID police in a small house in Mumbai where she was living with her two children. The arrest was made in connection with the multicrore Dreamz-GK Infra Pvt Ltd real estate scam in which thousands of Bengaluru residents were cheated to the tune of 375 Crores collecting lakhs of money for luxury flats but never delivering them.

Disha Choudhary who has acted in the Bollywood film 'Anuradha' released in 2014 is the ex-wife of the kingpin Sachin Naik who had stated that he had given rupees 25 Crores of the fraudulent money to Disha, spent 10 Crores on producing the movie and eight crores on their children naming ceremony alone. In 2017 both were arrested and got bail after two weeks but Disha taking her children with her had absconded and reportedly lived in many cities around the world before settling in Mumbai. Used to lavish living and spending she was found in a very small house where she was hiding from the authorities according to a TOI report.
