Peacocks the national bird of India are exotic to look at and their very stride is gracious and they also look harmless. But a popular actress has found out the hard way that these seemingly soft birds can attack without warning.

A video that has gone viral on social media shows actress Digangana Suryavanshi approaching a peacock and all of a sudden without warning the elegant bird jumped in the air and scratched her while she shouted helplessly.

Social media users trolled Digangana writing "The peacock was like 'Kitthe chali hai morni banke?'" and "Peacocks love there privacy the most," while others flooded the space with laughing emojis.

Digangana Suryavanshi who rose to fame with 'Bigg Boss 9' hosted by Salman Khan is currently looking forward to the release of her new movie 'The Battle of Bhima Koregaon' costarring Arjun Rampaul.
