Police raid resort drug party, actress arrested

On a tip-off that a drug party is going on in a resort, police conducted a raid, and nine people including an actress were arrested which has come as a shock to the South Indian film fraternity. The incident happened in the Idukki district of Kerala and the actress in question is Bristy Biswas who has acted in a number of movies and has also done modeling.
Already in Bollywood, many actresses including Rhea Chakraborty the girlfriend of the late Sushant Singh Rajput were arrested in drug cases. Down South Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjannaa Galrani from the Kannada film industry were arrested and jailed for the same issue as well.
Now the drugs issue has also been raised in the Malayalam industry through the arrest of Bristy Biswas. It has also been reported that varieties of drug substances were seized by the cops in the raid.
Reports in Kerala media also suggest that a few popular celebrities too were supposed to participate in the drug party but the cops raided the resort before their arrival.
