A 23-year-old actress has rubbished reports that she has a secret child with a hero who is 18 years her senior. Avika Gor has been acting since she was a child in several Hindi movies and as a grown-up, she caught the attention of the viewers in the serials 'Balika Vadhu and Sasural Simar Ka'

Avika Gor has long been linked to her 'Sasural Simar Ka' co-star Manish Raisinghan by Bollywood media. The duo enjoys a very close relationship and has even worked together on numerous projects. There were a number of rumors floating around over the years about the talented performers, one of which stated that they had a hidden kid together.

Avika Gor, in a new interview, dispelled all such rumors, calling it impossible. The actress further stated that Manish Raisinghan is around her father's age and is her best buddy. "We are very close, even now. He’ll always have a very important space in my life. In my journey from the age of 13 till now, he has been the closest friend that I’ve ever had.”

She added "I’ve learned so much from him. He’s 18 years older than me, by the way. When I saw how he keeps the child within him alive, it is a big thing to learn. Even now when people ask me if anything was happening between us, I’m like ‘yaar, mere papa se thoda chhota hai woh (he’s almost my father’s age),”.

Avika Gor also stated that they were first disturbed by the rumours and kept their distance from each other. However, they eventually concluded that it was pointless to do so. “We haven't looked back since then,” she remarked. We chuckle whenever we read articles about ourselves.”

Currently, Manish Raisinghan married actress Sangeita Chauhaan last June, while Avika Gor is dating MTV Roadies star Milind Chandwani. The young actress has three Telugu movies in 2021 which are 'Thank You' with Naga Chaitanya and untitled films with Kalyan Dhev and Sai Ronak.
