Talented actress Aparna Balamurali has won audiences in a big way after her authentic portrayal of a strong woman Bommi who is behind an ambitious common man played by Suriya in 'Soorarai Pottru' directed by Sudha Kongara. A rumour started floating in Kerala media that the 26 year old has been hospitalized in a serious condition.

Fans of Aparna from both Kerala and Tamil Nadu were shocked and started enquiring on social media as to what really happened. The Thrissur based actress has opened on social media "I have been hearing some false news about my health condition lately. I am healthy and alright. Please stop spreading such rumours! On the work front Aparna has a strong lineup of upcoming films that include 'Aadujeevitham', 'Ula', 'Padmini' and 'Sundari Gardens' in Malayalam. She is also doing untitled Tamil films with Karthi and Ashok Selvan that will go on floors in 2022.
