Anushka Shetty has been holding the top position in South Indian cinema for over one and a half decades. She is reportedly the second highest paid actress in the region after Lady Superstar Nayanthara and at 40 is still much sought after.

Bollywood reports meanwhile suggest that Anushka has amassed assets worth rupees 110 Crores that include bungalows and apartments in Hyderabad and Bengaluru and luxury cars. She is also said to own acres of land in four major cities. These figures however are not official and some value it much higher since she has played the lead role in over 60 films in all languages.

Anushka who took a break from acting after 'Nishabdham' recently announced her comeback movie with newcomer Mahesh Babu P. There is also a buzz that she will be teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi for a new movie to be directed by Vijay and produced by Vels Films International.
