A few days back, Bihar’s education department released the results of the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2019. Interestingly, a candidate's result that has South Indian actress Anupama Parameshwaran's photo on it surfaced online and is going viral on social media platforms. The result that is being shared on social media contains the score of a youngster named Hrishikesh Kumar. Going by the result 'Anupama' has achieved 77.7 out of 150 in Maths paper 1, and 95.4 in Maths paper 2. As soon as the photo of the result went viral on social media, several applicants alleged irregularities and malpractices in the selections. Also, the Opposition parties have alleged a scam. Though netizens were left in splits, the Bihar education department officials had to face major embarrassment. The additional chief secretary of education Sanjay Kumar informed the media that a probe has been ordered to ascertain how such a blunder came to pass.

This is not the first time when the state-level exam results contained a picture of an actress. Earlier in 2019, when the results of Bihar Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) for the post of junior engineers were announced, Bollywood actress Sunny Leone topped the merit list with 98.50 points.

On the work front, Anupama was last seen in the Telugu psychological thriller 'Rakshasudu'.
