After a gap of four years, Mollywood actress Ann Augustine is all set to make her re-entry into the film industry. However, the actress is set to begin her second innings by becoming a film producer. The State award-winning actress recently took to her social media handle to officially announce her debut as a producer under the banner of Miramar Films for an upcoming movie. She also announced that she would soon make her comeback in acting too.

“On the cusp of a new journey as Miramar Films and I take our first steps into producing feature films and I return to my roots and familiar places as an actor. Starting off once again is not easy but thanks to Gods grace and to you all for being with me & showering me with love, support, prayers and blessings,” wrote Ann on her Facebook post.

The actress who made her acting debut with ‘Elsamma Enna Aankutty’ is the daughter of late actor Augustine. Though she carved a niche for herself as one of the most bankable actresses in Mollywood, she ended her acting career within 7 years and the cinephiles were eagerly waiting for her comeback. Her popular movies are ‘Arjunan Saakshi’, ‘Ordinary’, ‘Da Thadiya’ and ‘Artist’.
