On account of the auspicious Mahashivratri several actors and actresses are worshiping Lord Shiva. Tamannaah participated in a mass gathering at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore while her 'Jailer' costar Superstar Rajinikanth celebrated with his brother at a temple in Karnataka.
Meanwhile 'Mynaa' girl Amala Paul, is on a holiday in Indonesia and she visisted the 11th century Gunung Kawi temple there. Taking a holy bath at the pond there the 31 year old had a special prayer to Lord Shiva.
She wrote "Grant me the power of water, to accept what I cannot change. The power of fire, for energy and courage to change the things that I can. The power of air, for the ability to know the difference. Grant me the power of Earth, for the strength to know and walk my path. Blessed Be"
Though belonging to an orthodox Christian family, Amala Paul has been on a multi-religious spiritual journey lately. A few weeks back she visited the Palani Murugan temple with her mother and worshiped ther. Their pics with the holy vibhuti and kumkum on foreheads went viral.
Amala Paul's upcoming movies include 'Dvija', 'Aadujeevitham', 'Bholaa' and the long delayed 'Adho Andha Paravai Pola'. She is in talks for movies and web series in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil.
