Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi kickstarts her next!

Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi is all set to kick start her next Tamil project titled 'Gatta Kusthi'. Starring Vishnu Vishal in the lead role, the Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual went on floors recently in Tenkasi. The actress who plays the female lead in the movie, took to her social media handle to express her excitement on filming the project in Tenkasi. She also shared glimpses from the location. “This place … தென்காசி , has charmed me from the moment I set foot here. I feel like I belong; I feel a strange sense of calmness thats otherwise rather lacking in me. Home for the next few days and here is hoping that she continues to mesmerise me everyday. And I promise to share more pictures from here. What a name right? Thenkasi .. ufffff ya!” Aishwarya Lekshmi penned, sharing pictures.

Meanwhile, actor Vishnu Vishal who is also producing the project gave a warm welcome to Aishwarya Lekshmi. “Welcome onboard Aishwarya Lekshmi… Hope you have a blast wid Vishnu Vishal Studioz n #RTTeamWorks…” Vishnu Vishal tweeted. Aishwarya has previously done Tamil films like Action, Jagame Thandhiram, and the anthology, Putham Pudhu Kaalai Vidiyaadhaa. She is also part of Arya's upcoming movie Captain and the Mani Ratnam directorial Ponniyin Selvan.

Gatta Kusthi, directed by Chella Ayyavu, is billed as a wrestling-based film. Apart from Aishwarya and Vishnu Vishal, the movie also features Sharavanthi Sainath, who has acted in the films Life of Pi and Care of Footpath, as part of Gatta Kusthi. Produced by Vishnu Vishal's Vishnu Vishal Studioz and Telugu star Ravi Teja's RT Team Works, the movie's technical crew includes music director Justin Prabhakaran, cinematographer Richard M Nathan, and editor Prasanna.
