In a recent interview, Malayalam-Tamil actress Parvathy (Telugu audience know her as the actress of 'Uttama Villain') made some shocking revelations that she had faced sexual assaults and abuses from her co-workers in cinema.

The actress who do not wish to reveal the names of the criminals said that such people are a real threat to the society. Parvathy added that she could understand and relate to the emotional and physical pain undergone by a popular actress who was recently molested by a gang in a moving car. The actress said that she too had been at the receiving end of such cruelty, but she had successfully overcome it with optimism. According to Parvathy, she is a survivor and not a victim.

Parvathy is currently busy with her Bollywood debut with Irfan Khan.
