Aditi Shankar signs her third movie as heroine with top director – DEETS

Director Shankar’s younger daughter Aditi Shankar made a surprise entry as lead actress in Karthi’s ‘Viruman’ directed by Muthaiya and produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment.  She was not only praised for her bubbly performance and enthusiastic interviews during promotions but also for her singing talent as well.

Aditi bagged her second film ‘Maaveeran’ directed by Madonne Ashwin in which she is paired opposite none other than the top hero Sivakarthikeyan. The shooting is in its final stages and the film is expected to release in late summer 2023.

Meanwhile Aditi has signed on to play the female lead in a new movie directed by Vishnuvardhan of ‘Billa’ fame.  The as yet untitled film marks the debut of Aakash Murali the son of late actor Murali and younger brother of leading hero Atharvaa Murali.  The film is produced by Thalapathy Vijay’s uncle Xavier Britto of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Master’ fame.

Aakash Murali is married to Xavier Britto’s daughter Sneha Britto and sources say that the project is one of the costliest ever for a new face film.  The title and the rest of the cast and crew details are expected to be out soon.
