The recently concluded FIFA World Cup 2023 has brought football back as a trending topic in India and especially Messi's phenomenal effort is being lauded on social media even after a couple of days passing. In this situation, a Tamil actress has shared photos on her Instagram page revealing to be a football player during her college days.

Actress Aditi Balan won the hearts of fans with the critically acclaimed film 'Aruvi' directed by Arun Prabhu Purshothaman. She was later seen as Vijay Sethupathi's pair in the web series 'Navarasa' presented by Mani Ratnam.

Aditi took to Instagram to share her sports photos and wrote "Fifa World Cup reminded me of my college days. Nothing else mattered in college. Here’s throwback to those footy days. The pics have recieved more than 35k likes.

Aditi is currently starring in the multilingual film 'Shaakunthalam', that has Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead which is going to release soon. She also received praise for her new Malayalam film 'Padavetru' in which she is paired opposite Nivin Pauly.
