According to reports, a case has been filed against actor Aju Varghese for naming the actress who was abducted and abused in a moving car. Recently, the actor mentioned the name of the actress on his Facebook post which indirectly expressed his support for Dileep. Though Dileep thanked Aju for his support, the actor landed in trouble for mentioning the kidnapped actress' name.

Following the post, Aju had received flak from the online world. After learning that he shouldn't mention the actress' name, Aju apologized and later edited the post too. The complaint has been filed on the basis of a complaint made by a person named Gireesh Babu.
