The tough times that the world is facing due to the COVID 19 pandemic are even tougher for those belonging to the film and entertainment businesses. The challenging needs of the profession often take a toll on the industry members and many are forced to take extreme steps. Bollywood has just received the shocking news that Disha Salian a young manager of actors has committed suicide by jumping off her 14th floor apartment in Mumbai's Malad area.

Disha was rushed to a nearby hospital on June 7th but the doctors declared her brought dead. No suicide notes have been found and the police are investigating the reason for her extreme step. Her last post on Instagram was "You are your own choices".

Disha Salian was the current manager of actor Varun Sharma and her former clients includes Sushant Singh Rajput and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Varun in his tribute wrote "Am at a loss of words . Speechless. Numb . It all looks unreal .So many memories. Such a lovely person and a dear friend . You always wore that smile everyday , and with such kindness you dealt with everything that came your way . You will be deeply missed.Prayers and Strength to the Family. I still can't believe Disha you're gone. Gone too Soon.
