Actors are entertainers, soldiers are true heroes: Bollywood actor

At a time when a never-seen-before tense situation has prevailed on the LAC between India and China this year, Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal has opined that soldiers are the true heroes. The actor-politician suggests that the nomenclature has to be dedicated only to the Army and not to actors, who are mere entertainers in his opinion.

"We Should Start Calling Actors As 'Entertainers' And Our Army & Police As 'Heroes' for Our Next Generation To Know The Actual Meaning Of Real Heroes!!!" Paresh Rawal tweets.

The 70-year-old 'Kshana Kshanam' actor, was a BJP MP in the previous Lok Sabha. 'Govinda Govinda', 'Money', 'Money Money', 'Rikshavodu', 'Bavagaru Bagunnara' and 'Shankardada MBBS' are his other popular Telugu movies. After the 2011 movie 'Theenmaar', starring Pawan Kalyan, Rawal didn't make a comeback in Telugu.
