Sriranjani, a famous TV anchor from Tamil Nadu, has alleged that John Vijay, a Kollywood actor, called her up in 2014 in the middle of a night and tried to have phone sex with her. Her husband encouraged Sriranjani to expose the incident but she kept quiet. But with the Me Too movement gaining pace, she has come up with the revelation.

"This incident happened in 2014 with actor John Vijay. I thank my hubby for the nudge. And thanks Chinmayi Sripada and others for making noise. I am speaking up too!" the anchor wrote today.

Describing John Vijay as a compulsive pervert, she says that she has cautioned many girls interning at his agency to be careful with him. He was seen in Rajinikanth's 'Kabali'. When girls would come to him in Malaysia during the film's shoot to have selfies, John Vijay would ask them for kisses in return.
