Suriya after delivering three back to back super hits 'Soorarai Pottru', 'Jai Bhim' and 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan' is currently shooting nonstop for his next in Kanyakumari.  The film is directed by Bala and is produced by 2D Entertainment with G.V. Prakash Kumar scoring the music.

Suriya has shared a photo in which he is seen visiting the famed 133 feet (41 meters) tall  Thiruvalluvar Statue in the Southern most end of India.  He wrote that this is his first visit of the world famous monument.  Needless to add that the immortal poet and philosopher is revered by Tamils all over the world and his Thirukkural even after thousands of years passing remains the most relevant guide to the right way of living.

The Suriya-Bala project has Krithi Shetty and Mamitha Baiju are the leading ladies.  It is said that Suriya is playing a deaf mute character in the film and will complete the entire shooting in one go.
