Veteran actor Sarath Babu aka Satyam Babu Dixithulu passed away a while ago. As per the reports, age related complications are sudden demise of Sarath Babu. He was 71years old. He breathed his last at 1:32 PM reveal the doctors.

For the past few days news has been circulating on social media that Sarath Babu is admitted to hospital after his health turned critical.

Popularly known by the stage name Sarath Babu, was an Indian actor known for his works predominantly in Tamil and Telugu cinema. He appeared in more than 300 films, including in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and a few Malayalam and Hindi films. He entered the film industry in 1973 through a Telugu film and later became popular through the Tamil film, Nizhal Nijamagiradhu directed by K. Balachander. He has received eight state Nandi Awards in his career.

Incidentally, Sarath Babu's last picture is Malli Pelli which is scheduled for a theatrical release on May 26th. Apart from Malli Pelli, Sarath Babu was seen in a cameo role in Pawan Kalyan's 2021 courtroom drama, Vakeel Saab.
