At a press conference for his next movie "Inga Naan Thaan Kingu," actor Santhanam addressed rumors that he didn't help comedian Seshu during his illness.
Santhanam took a number of questions during the 'Inga Naan Thaan Kingu' press conference, which is set to premiere on the 10th.
In answer to questions on the title of the movie and its political overtones, Santhanam made it clear that the title was chosen because it fit the plot as decided by the director and producer, not for political gain.
With reference to claims that he failed to support Seshu, who starred in the same film and just passed away, Santhanam clarified that he has helped Anthony Raj, another actor from the film who is presently receiving treatment. According to Santhanam, he is paying Raj's medical bills. When asked why, in spite of his generosity, he didn't feel enough appreciated, Santhanam said that he doesn't look to others for approval. He underlined the need of putting the positive deeds up against the bad.
