High court's firm decision on actor Prabhu's sisters case against him

The late legendary actor par excellence Nadigar Thilagam Sivaji Ganesan has four children Ram Kumar, Shanthi, Prabhu and Rajvi. Ram Kumar is a popular producer and actor while Prabhu is one of the busiest hero turned character actors around who has recently acted in Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan'.
A few months back Shanthi and Rajvi filed cases against their brothers that they have been cheated of the family properties including jewels worth more than hundred crores. They also disputed the sale of the family owned Shanthi theater in Mount Road Chennai and requested it to be reversed.
The case came up for hearing earlier today and the judge dismissed the plea of Shanthi and Rajvi regarding Shanthi theater sale as the business now owning it presented documents that the deal was made in 2010. The famous theater has been demolished and turned into a business center.
