Popular actor Gautham Karthik is all set to tie the knot with actress Manjima Mohan on November 28th. Ahead of the major event in his life he has penned an adorable message to his mother Ragini on her birthday.

Gautham Karthik shared a pic of himself and brother Gyan Karthik shot during their childhood chilling on their mom's lap and wrote "Hi ma! On this special day, I'd like to wish you a very happy birthday! You're the coolest and most amazing mom in the entire world, getting younger and more beautiful year by year!"

The 33 year old actor added "Thank you for dedicating your entire life to raising us and making sure that we could stand on our own feet. Thank you for sheltering us during difficult times, and helping us see the best in any situation. Thank you for covering us with a blanket of your love when darkness tried to engulf us. You have always been our Knight in shining armor, our Wonder Woman, our super hero! You have been, and always will be, our Guardian Angel!I thank God for you every day! I love you ma! Have a beautiful Birthday! My Queen of the Nilgiris".

Legendary actor Navarasa Nayagan Karthik and Ragini met during the filming of their film 'Solai Kuyil' and fell in love. The couple got married in 1988 and have two sons Gautham Karthik and Gyan Karthik. The senior actor later married Rathi the younger sister of Ragini in 1992 and has a son Thiran.
