In a surprising turn of events, the Chennai High Court has quashed the case against actor Darshan, who was previously arrested in connection with an altercation involving a judge’s son.
The incident occurred a few weeks ago when the judge’s son parked his car in front of Darshan’s residence. Darshan reportedly asked him to move the vehicle, which escalated into a heated argument and eventually a physical confrontation. The judge’s son sustained injuries and was hospitalized following the altercation.
Based on his complaint, police arrested Darshan. In response, Darshan filed a counter-complaint, leading to a separate case against the judge’s son.
However, recent reports confirm that both parties have reached an amicable settlement. Following reconciliation talks, they agreed to withdraw their respective complaints. The Chennai High Court has since officially quashed both cases.
This resolution brings an end to a case that had sparked significant public attention.
